IOWA
Waterloo - May 30 at George Wyth State Park
Pre-registration fee: $10 by May 20, 2009
Registration fee day of the walk: $15
GeorgeWyth State Park is located at 3659 Wyth Road, Waterloo, IA 50703 (319-232-5505
The Registration and Walk starting locations will be located at the Open shelter, located in the rear of the park.
Signs will be posted.
Registration: 10:30 a.m.
Walk begins: 11:00 a.m.
The walk route will be marked around the George Wyth Bike Trail.
The walking distance is whatever the participant feels comfortable doing.
Again this year we will have a cook-out after the walk.
We will ask for a free will donation for lunch.
We will sell chances to win wonderful theme baskets, such as: Gluten Free Cooking, Let's Eat, Summertime, and Kids' Summer Fun. Just to name a few.
All of the proceeds from the lunch and baskets will go to the University of Maryland Center for Celiac Research.
